If you are one of the ten most successful participants in our competition after the competition has ended, you have the opportunity to win one of the following prizes:
- 1st place 1 x 1,500 euro travel voucher from FTI
- 2nd place: 1 x 1,000 euro travel voucher from FTI
- 3rd place: 1 x 750 euro travel voucher from FTI
- 4th-10th Place one of ten 10th generation iPads worth 579 euros each
Conditions of participation in the “Unzer referral program” competition
By participating in the competition, you agree to the following conditions of participation:
All Unzer employees who are employed at a German location in accordance with their employment contract are eligible to participate. All employees in the Sales, Compliance, Risk and Legal departments are excluded from participation.
Process of the competition
All eligible employees can take part in our competition within the period from December 13th, 2023 to May 31st, 2024 (11:59 p.m.). No prior registration is required. All those eligible to participate will receive an email with a personal voucher code on December 12, 2023. Acquired dealers are assigned to you using this personal voucher code. You will find all other necessary information about using your personal voucher code, but also about acquiring retailers, in the email.
If you think you are eligible but have not received an email, you have the option to request a personal code via refer.unzer.com.
Unzer reserves the right to change the components of the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, to cancel the competition or to extend it in time. This applies in particular in cases where the proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to legal and/or technical reasons. Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. If individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation are invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use remains unaffected.
The organizer of the competition is Unzer GmbH, Schöneberger Str. 21a, 10963 Berlin.
Determination of profits
The ten winners will be determined after the competition has ended based on the data stored for the respective voucher codes. The ten employees who successfully acquired the most retailers using their voucher codes during the participation period won. A dealer is considered to have been successfully acquired when a contract has been concluded between the dealer and Unzer POS GmbH or Tillhub GmbH.
If there is a tie, the draw decides.
Win notification
After the competition has ended, the winners will be notified by email of their place and prize no later than June 14, 2024. The winners will also be published on the intranet.
Prize shipping
The prize will be sent to the winners to the address stated in the employment contract. An exchange, self-collection or a cash payment of the winnings are not possible. Unzer’s liability is excluded – to the extent permitted by law. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
Processing of personal data
In order to carry out the competition, Unzer GmbH processes the personal data stored in the employee management software “Personio” such as the first name, surname and email address of all those entitled to participate (e.g. to send the email with the personal voucher code, to check eligibility and Determination of the winner as well as notification of the winner and, if necessary, the dispatch of the prize). All data processed for the implementation of the competition will be processed to protect our legitimate interest in the proper implementation of the competition (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR) and will be deleted again after July 1, 2024.
