Who can I recommend Unzer POS solutions to?

You can recommend Unzer cash register solutions to anyone who processes payments on site - regardless of the industry. This can be a retail store, a restaurant, a food truck, a barber shop, a tattoo studio, a doctor's office, etc. However, only dealers based in Germany can be advertised.

Where should my referred customer enter the voucher code?

The voucher code must be entered in the Unzer Shop on the order page. The store URL is: get.unzer.com

The customer I recently referred forgot to use the voucher code.

This is a pity. Unfortunately, we cannot assign new customers who have not used your voucher code to you. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to subsequently grant the discount without redeeming the voucher. Where do I find my voucher code for the Unzer Shop?

The person who recommends Unzer to you will give you their personalized voucher code. You enter this in the shop to receive your discount (3 free monthly fees).

When and how do I receive my discount as a new customer?

After you have entered your voucher code in the Unzer Shop, you submit your order. An Unzer employee will then contact you to complete your order. It will note in your contract that you will receive a discount: you will save 3 monthly fees for the cash register solution you have chosen.

Can I check the status of the merchants I have referred?

You will receive an email as soon as the onboarding of a new customer you have acquired is successfully completed.

How many new customers can I refer?

As many as you want, there is no limit. On the contrary, the more retailers you recommend Unzer, the greater your chance of winning a prize.
